• We use a strategic evaluation framework which allows us to place facts in context in the broader operating environment of the organisation or entity being evaluated.

• This strategic framework is based upon extensive research into processes and descriptions that have been validated in practice.

• At the highest level, this framework allows one to gain strategic insights into the institution's strategic intent and organisational purpose, its capability to deliver, its adaptability to change and its capability to deliver sustainable results.  

Our proprietary ‘DOLOS’^© software tool

• We make use a proprietary software tool – the DOLOS – which allows us to interpret open, unstructured text and extract the high-level top-of-mind issues prevalent in the organisation.

• We have performed over 200 surveys in organisations that range between SMME’s and multi-national corporations.

• The number of respondents per survey has ranged between less than 20 and more than 20,000.

• We have developed benchmarks, which make the interpretation so much more dependable. For scores below 40% value is destroyed in the business and at more than 70% one builds value.
